Art by Dan provides commissioned mural artworks, aerosol art workshops, and one-off canvas pieces. All projects are quoted individually.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A deposit may be required before work begins. Full payment is due on completion unless other arrangements are agreed in writing.

If you cancel after confirming a booking, deposits or material costs already incurred may be retained. Art by Dan reserves the right to postpone or cancel work due to unsafe conditions, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

All artworks remain the intellectual property of Art by Dan. You may display the finished mural or artwork, but you may not reproduce, copy, or resell it without written permission. Art by Dan may photograph completed works for portfolio and promotional use.

Workshop bookings require confirmation of participant numbers and venue details. Participants must follow all safety instructions. Art by Dan is not liable for injuries or property damage resulting from unsafe behaviour.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy of information on this website, Art by Dan accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions, or downtime. Liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for that service.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see Privacy Policy page).

Users must not post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material through this site. Spamming or unauthorised promotions are prohibited.
